Every citizen of Elnäthar is entitled to equality, freedom, and justice without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, or socioeconomic status.
All residents must contribute to the preservation of Elnäthar’s natural environment. Destructive practices and pollutants are strictly prohibited.
Citizens have the duty to support national efforts, whether through environmental conservation, defense, or public service.
The King and Queen serve as symbolic leaders and guardians of Elnäthar’s values. Their duties are defined by this Constitution and their role as founders of the nation.
