Elnäthar is an independent constitutional monarchy. Its sovereignty resides in the people, who delegate authority to the government.
The national flag, emblem, and anthem represent the unity and identity of Elnäthar. Their use is regulated to preserve respect.
The official languages of Elnäthar are: Catalan, Rävälik and English, reflecting the nation’s heritage and diversity. The state promotes cultural preservation and artistic expression.
Every citizen of Elnäthar is entitled to equality, freedom, and justice without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, or socioeconomic status.
All residents must contribute to the preservation of Elnäthar’s natural environment. Destructive practices and pollutants are strictly prohibited.
Citizens have the duty to support national efforts, whether through environmental conservation, defense, or public service.
The King and Queen serve as symbolic leaders and guardians of Elnäthar’s values. Their duties are defined by this Constitution and their role as founders of the nation.
The Prime Minister leads the government and oversees the implementation of laws, supported by the Cabinet of Ministers, each responsible for specific portfolios.
Composed of elected representatives, the Assembly drafts and passes laws, ensuring alignment with the nation’s principles.
An independent judicial system guarantees fair application of laws and resolves disputes, with the Supreme Court as the highest authority.
Elnäthar is committed to remaining carbon-negative, prioritizing renewable energy, and preserving biodiversity. Laws ensure responsible resource use and penalize violations.
Certain regions of Elnäthar are designated as ecological reserves, where human activity is strictly regulated.
The Constitution may only be amended by a supermajority in the Legislative Assembly and the approval of the monarchy.
This Constitution takes effect immediately upon its ratification by the people and the monarchy.
